Location was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Liked the coffee machine downstairs.

Could benefit from comfortable lounge seating in the courtyard area.

I hate keypad access. Also annoying that I couldn't exit through the courtyard door as I wasn't told to use what looked like an electric light switch to undo the lock.

Absolutely loved my stay. It a gorgeous complex that is modern and in a great location. Communication with staff was excellent, they were very helpful. I'd love to stay here again.

The bed wasn't overly comfortable, a little hard for my preference.

Wonderfully located in the old part of town with unlimited options for easy access to food, historical sites, shopping, and entertainment. Several outdoor restaurants right outside the door. Very clean and well appointed. Noise from activity below window is well silenced but the modern heavy-duty windows… so if you want the street sounds, you can have them, if you don’t, the room can be quiet as you like. Accessible rooftop terrace is a pleasant place to sit in the sun or enjoy a nightcap under the stars with a decent view.

excellent location double glazing worked well as sound proofing but on the summer I would bring ear plugs is you wanted to keep the windows open

Very little to complain about, we were directed here as a local hotel was booked up and this was described as a sister property but it is more of an Airbnb but when requested housekeeping did come and clean and change the towels but it would be useful to remember this

This place has nothing to envy of a 5 star hotel! Exellent location, secure, clean and comfortable! I whish i had booked all my days here! I stayed in the hotel across the street which is popular and i would've come here in the first place. They were very accomodating by letting me in early to leave my lagguage which i appreciate very much. The elevator was not working and i had 2 suitcases but, you still get the highest rating from me. I will tell everyone who ask where to stay in Seville. Congratulations for your fantastic place!!

Lack of replenishment of toilet paper. Square slightly noisy at night.
