PHGreat location, clean and well-maintained but my biggest takeaway was how accomodating Nanay Ellen and the owner were. It was definitely one of my best stay. Thank You.
SIThey have windows that can't be completely closed so mosquitos get i all the time. No mosquito net availible. So don't expect to have a peacefull sleep here.

JPThe owner was generous and let us check in early instead of the standard PM check-in and she also allowed us to stay extra longer without additional payment before leaving. The homestay was like home away from home.
The door was not locked at night (sometimes) but could have been fastened just to make sure. While the room was simple and tidy for me and my husband, we could have chosen a room that has its own toilet for faster and convenient movement especially in the wee hours (we are on the 2nd floor).

PHLocation is quiet enough to let you rest after exploring their beautiful sites. Very hospitable hosts,very warm people together with their house pets. Spacious room with enough windows for sunlight, comfortable beds and free use of bath towel.

Hard to get to from parking lot, especially with big suitcases. Suggest travelling light if staying here as you'd be carrying your suitcases up a few stairs.
BE- Nanay Helen and her daughter Bogan are really nice and welcoming. Great hospitality. Nanay Helen shared the breakfst with us. We filled at home my brother and I :) - Location is perfect close to everything (coffee, resto, tourist agency and caves) but in a calm residential street away from the main road - bed super comfy - cozy home traditionally made with pinewood - water tank refill
