FREVERYTHING WAS GREAT: I loved the location, the village Sagada itself is peaceful. Bogan, the daughter, and her mother were nice and helpful. The common area and kitchen were clean and very pleasant to use. The room is super comfortable. I highly recommend the Caves Connection circuit !
The shower & restroom area could be improved but that was not a major inconvenience at all.

CAThe owners were helpful and friendly! Great wifi and location. This was a great Homestay. Everyone that comes to Sagada should stay here. It’s one of the best “bang for your buck” homestays that I’ve found in the Philippines!
NZHouse was really clean and the hostess (sorry I forgot your name!) was extremely accomodating and helpful! Will stay again if I get the chance.
Parking qas a bit tough to find. There are a few parking lots around the area which will take 2 mins to get to the accomodation or up to a 7 min walk to the accomodation from the main road.
PHIt's a bit further than I expected from the town center, but I appreciate the quiet atmosphere, and the warm staff that gave a few tips to make my solo trip more memorable
Nothing really related to the accommodation, more on the path to get there. I know I can handle myself with certain obstacles like grumbling dogs and narrow walkways, but I understand that this is beyond the control of the staff. I might have missed it if there was one onsite, but it would be nice if there's a boot bath or something that I could clean my footwear.
