Location is very good. Close to city centre.. Friendly staff. Good wifi.

No breakfast facilities.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Nothing that I liked.

arrived at my reservation to have the door slammed in my face when he saw my dog, (this guest house is stated as pet friendly) when he came back to the door he let us in and proceeded to say we would have to pay an extra £20 for my dog which I was not extremely happy about as this was not stated when I made the reservation. After being made to feel uncomfortable we paid the £20 and was let into the room where we was met with an absolutely filthy room. I did not feel comfortable staying in this room, the sheets were dirty and there was an unsafe fridge that was being propped up by planks of wood, this was listed as a family room, the fridge could easily be knocked over by a child and cause harm, from my understanding there was sexual residue on the walls, blood on the sheets and it stunk of urine. Owner now refusing to give refund after saying he will comply with booking.com. Scam artists!! Don’t even waste your money people!! Absolutely disgusting place.

Apart from the location, absolutely nothing!

I paid £80 odd, it wasn’t worth £35 for the room, I had to sleep on top of the bed, as I didn’t fancy getting inside the covers! Neither did I fancy having a shower, wasn’t happy with the state of the towel’s. I’m surprised Booking.com have places like this on their books!!!
