"Horrible never again"

I have recordings of the flipping noise of staff from minute I got there till well after 2am never again no respect what so ever walls are paper thin area is as rough as anything bathroom is a death trap how that would pass an inspection is beyond me

"we didn’t. but the property looks awful"

we had booked 2 rooms through booking.com and the day before we were due to stay my daughter had a message to say they were cancelling our booking due to being overbooked. there was still a room on booking.com but it was much more expensive than we had paid. we are still waiting for a refund. we have been told by local people this happens all the time.
