We had a very poor experience at this accommodation. Upon arrival, the room was extremely dirty. The bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were many ants, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. There was also broken glass on the dresser and the window didn’t fully close, which made us feel our belongings were not secure. We tried to find staff to address the issues and request a room change, but there was no one available anywhere on the property. Because of this, we had no choice but to leave early. What made the situation worse was the host’s response afterwards. Instead of acknowledging the issues, they were dismissive and rude, blaming us and saying we were “complaining too much.” They also made inappropriate comments about the price, suggesting we expected a “five-star hotel.” To be clear, we have been staying in multiple accommodations across Bali at a similar price point and have had much better experiences elsewhere. The issue here is not the price, but the lack of basic cleanliness and the unprofessional, hostile attitude from the host. While a partial refund was eventually mentioned, we were told to return in person to collect it. Due to the aggressive and hostile nature of the host’s responses, we did not feel safe going back to the property to retrieve the money. This added to the overall negative experience. The lack of cleanliness combined with the way this situation was handled made this a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend staying here.

Central but very quiet, feel safe there as a single female traveler, fantastic breakfast area where it’s easy to meet other travelers

Return every year. Very comfortable, great shower, good location. Best of all the staff are perfect. Will be back next year
