Was clean today and the staff were friendly

Sometimes noisy early morning

Staff is really lovely and always ready to help. The entrance is beautiful and the place is clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a great time here and would totally recommend it!

Nice location. The owners are friendly people.

The room that they give me smells like moho, when i checked where the smell came from i realized that the walls near the toilet have moho growing up… The toilet wasn’t properly clean. When i went to bed to sleep (i was really tired bc i had a long day), i realized that near the pillow was full of mosquitoes wings… i just lifted the pillow to blow the mosquitoes wings away but i realized that there where several tiny mosquitos eggs (or some bug). I decided to leave the place, wearing a pijama because all of these was to much and i just wanted a clean place to sleep and rest. I asked to the owner to return my money back and she denied, i ask her please to consider to give me my money but she refused. I almost didn’t used the room because i spent almost all the afternoon outside the place… Was a bad experience to booked in here

So friendly and helpful!! We loved staying here. The room with AC was good and and the location was fab as we rented a scooter from them

Cleanliness of bathroom

Very nice 4 day stay here! Hot shower, clean rooms, ac, big window doors, everyone was very nice. It's in a quiet area off a busy road with your own entrance. You can buy a coffee for just 5k. About 15 minute walk to the start of the more trendy restaurant streets and 30 to the Ubud palace and ubud market. It's right near the Peliatan palace. There are many other places to eat nearby though, like the stands across from the Peliatan palace.

A bit noisy in the morning due to construction work next to us

Pleasant staff. Rooms away from the street, therefore more silent. Size of room is good and the bed is big and comfortable!

Lots of mothballs spread around the floor in the room and bathroom, also since there is no wide window the smell can be really strong. Lack of floor towel for the bathroom and the shower is within all, so it can be really wet.
