Kanda Homestay

The location. I felt right at home and the neighbours were kind-hearted and friendly. The kids flying their kites were gorgeous too and the animals were adorable at the Homestay.

Nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay @ Kanda Homestay it was lovely.

We highly recommend taking the tour with the owner, Jack. You’ll go trekking through the rice fields and experience the authentic side of Bali, meeting farmers and seeing how they live. Jack also shows you the traditional process of distilling arak, and you get to enjoy a delicious home-cooked lunch with a Balinese family. To top it off, there’s time for a refreshing swim at the waterfalls. The homestay itself is very comfortable and made our stay even more special.

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit dans ce logement mais nous sommes ravis de ce court séjour. Nous sommes arrivés en avance au logement et nous avons demandé à y laisser nos valises avant de visiter les alentours. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et on nous a même servi de thé en attendant un taxi. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel !

Rien à dire tout était parfait

We stayed only 1 night, but it was definitely one of the best experiences during our trip through Bali. Could not recommend enough. The homestay is lovely and the tour with Jack, the owner, is a once in a lifetime experience with the real life of Bali and its wonderful people!!

Nice ambient and very nice people who helped with everything we needed.

We were in budget room; Mosquito nett is awkward to sleep in - it is hot inside and it is hard to place it correctly.

I had such a wonderful stay at Kanda Homestay in the heart of Sidemen. The property is beautiful, with spotless, comfortable rooms that had everything I needed. The family who runs the homestay is incredibly warm and welcoming they even organized a same day day trip for me to see stunning waterfalls, vanilla plantations, and other hidden local gems. There’s also a lovely restaurant just a five-minute walk away, and breakfast was provided in the morning. A truly authentic Balinese experience that I’d highly recommend! 🌿✨

Honestly, everything was great. Nothing negative to report it was all very nice.
