A good place to stay, in between the JFK airport and NY city center. The flat was clean and nice with well-equiped kitchen. The room is fine; maybe bit hot but with air conditioning and fan.

The neighborhood may discourage somebody but I felt fine there. Some walk is needed for subway, a stop of bus B15 (which goes to JFK airtrain) is very close.

"Cozy Stay, Great Value, Great Price"

Clean, newly renovated, nice amenities, professional and kind host. Highly recommend and would book again.

The street itself is quiet, clean and safe. The walk to the closest train station was quite distasteful but felt safe being a city person whereas someone not from the city may feel uncomfortable.

"Great value for one night to catch early flight"

Good value, coffee, water, clean, host was available and pleasant

It usually was a shared bathroom with another guest, but great for the value and I had no one else renting so the whole place was for me.
