They should give more information about location of the house and rooms. A lot things at the "garden" it is more like a deposit. They charge us 20 dollars for um extra hour for checking out.

Around 2 am of the second night of my stay my wife and I were awakened by a violent argument between a child and an adult man in the next room. Sometime later the child was screaming and it sounded like she was being beaten and strangled. my wife and I got up and raced next door and began banging on the door. A man answered and a young girl was sitting on the bed crying. We confronted the man about what was going on and he mumbled something unintelligible in response. we warned him that whatever it was needed to stop and he should stop harming the child. We then returned to our room and I immediately attempted to contact the owner who occupied the upstairs level of the apartment, and whom I could hear moving around very clearly just after the commotion had taken place and sometime afterwards. When I got no response from the owner, I called the police and reported the event. Later I heard the police arrive and contact the owner upstairs but they did not come to the lower level to investigate. the next morning my wife and I left early and requested that our money be refunded for the stay, as a result of the premises being unsafe and the owner failing to take any action to stop what was unfolding despite clearly being awake upstairs. the owner refused to refund the money, mentioning that the two “guests” in the next room were extended family over which the owner had no control. The fact that it was a family member of the owner who was abusing this child makes this far from a random occurrence and the fact that the owner opines that they have no obligation to stop a violent incident occurring on the property makes we worry about the welfare of future guests. Attached is a screenshot of the 911 text I sent police around 2 am that night.

The shower is amazing. I would stay here again just for the shower.

I was baffled by the lack of a lamp. My only good source of light was the overhead light and it's way too bright to relax under. Definitely not cozy.

They allowed me to stay even they had no space. I got help when i was in bad situation. They gave me stuffs, great advices and help. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Thank you

The hosts were extremely welcoming and even offered my family and I dinner ! Everything about the stay was great , perfect for any family , couple or single person . The entire space was clean , even the shared bathroom was spotless ! Definitely would recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere cozy .
