"We had a lovely stay at Anneโ€™s B&B"

Anne gave us a very warm welcome even though we were a little bit early. We weโ€™re supposed to stay in the very cute Caravan but we were upgraded to the Queensize room with garden view which was wonderful! Also the Jacuzzi was a very nice addition to our stay. The cats were lovely as well.

There is actually nothing that we didnโ€™t like about the property.

"A true home away from home in a quite location close to Blenheim."

Anne warmly welcomed us into her immaculate comfortable home in a peaceful garden setting. A highly recommended Marlborough stay, close to all amenities. An off road cycle way nearby, joins the trail along the Taylor River.

Location easy to find. Annie a wonderful hostess.

Prefer an ensuite, but given no accommodation available in the area, finding this was a bonus.

"Great place only a short ride to Blenheim!"

As birdwatchers we liked the vicinity to a lagoon near Wairau River. The atmosphere of house and sleep-out is very special and cosy. Lovely garden. We enjoyed the spa on a grey and rainy afternoon. Very nice kitchen, easy to use. Host Annie is very kind. Also meeting other guests in the house was nice and interesting. The setting is very quiet. The place is also very good, when it is cold. Annie started the fireplace in the living room and the sleep-out also had different options for warming! Good place to stay!

I misunderstood that breakfast has to be ordered in advance - thought after arrival for the next day should be early enough. Perhaps just telling in the information exactly how long prior to the date the order is needed, would be helpful.

"A good spot for a short stay"

Quiet location and large lounge area- very pretty garden.

The location was not good for cell phone coverage. I found my room was too "fussy". Full of stuffed bears and toys. The room was very small with minimal space around the bed and no area to work at- I had to use the main lounge area. I was surprised at what was available for breakfast-very little option with dried up marmite and instant coffee. Given the price I paid for the room I did expect more.
