Taman Ayu Ubud

La ubicación y que todo estaba muy limpio. Las camas fueron muy cómodas. El agua de la ducha siempre excelente. La atención de todos fue excelente.

Falta una toalla para la cara. Solo te dan una grande. El desayuno estuvo siempre en horario y muy rico, pero al quedarnos 5 noches, faltó variedad. Sugiero ampliar las opciones.

A small fridge would be amazing to keep drinks cold.

Fantastic find, staff especially Ida were so welcoming and nothing too difficult. Located in little lane off main area but so close to wander to the big attractions in central ubud like market and water temple. Rooms are spotless and comfortable with basics including air con. Coffee and breakfast ordered the day before and delivered with a smile to your room.

Construction happening in complex but not noisy or intrusive, just made it a little hard to find.

Desayuno bueno, servido en el balcón en la puerta de la habitación. Ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos andando del centro y principales zonas Habitación confortable, tranquila y muy luminosa, camas buenas. Personal muy atento. Acordé con ellos traslado al aeropuerto ... Y resultó ser en un día de ceremonias religiosas / procesiones, de manera que estaba muy (muy) difícil el tráfico en toda el área de Ubud... fue complicado, pero se esforzaron para que pudiese llegar a tiempo a mi vuelo ... :)

The staff at this accommodation were incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. When I realized that I had accidentally left one of my belongings behind, they did everything they could to help me. They searched thoroughly, kept in close contact with me, and made sure I knew they were doing their best to resolve the situation. I was truly touched by their sincerity and the way they went above and beyond to assist me. It’s not easy to find a place where the staff cares this much about their guests, and their kindness made my entire experience feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to their thoughtful support and friendly attitude, my stay became even more memorable. I would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for warm hospitality and great service.
