Amazing City Location-Private Room in a Share House-2 Rooms available!!

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue Rosanne, es súper agradable, servicial, atenta a todos los detalles y bastante limpia. Aunque trabaja y no tiene mucho tiempo, se encarga de dejártelo todo bastante claro para que no tengas ni que preguntarle, lo cual ayuda muchísimo cuando acabas de llegar a la ciudad, además tiene bastantes guías hechas por ella indicaciones por todos lados. Muchas gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan agradable sin duda cuando volvamos a Brisbane volveremos aquí.

Wonderful location, great amenities, safe, clean, quiet

Casa muy acogedora por su dueña, habitación y baño muy limpios. Hicimos una ruta por Australia comenzando por Brisbane, llevábamos coche. Sin problema para aparcar en la calle. Llaves para hacer el check in con unas instrucciones muy claras. Además nos dejó poner lavadora y secadora de la ropa utilizada esos días. Además lavadora case tiene todo lo necesario para ser compartida con la dueña y otra habitación sin confusión.

The stand out for me is its close proximity to the Gabba sport ground. It’s not much more than a five minute bus ride on the 125 route which then continues on directly into the city. The house itself had everything I wanted. The bedrooms are decently sized and comfortable. There are separate, good sized refrigerators and storage cupboards for each room in the kitchen which has good food preparation facilities. There’s a good variety of shops and eating out options nearby.

Some of the fittings in the house are a little dated. The bedroom sliding doors for example are noisy and the shower fitting in the bathroom could do with replacement. There’s no air conditioning in the house and while the ceiling fans do the job for me others might prefer a/c.

Close to where we wanted to go. Great public transportation.

Excellent stay at Rosanne's place. Large refrigerator, individual closet, TV with Netflix and Prime, linens, coffee, lots of accessories available, washing machine, dryer, etc. Very well-equipped and well-maintained accommodation. Rosanne is a very attentive host. During our stay, there was a power outage in the neighborhood that lasted more than 12 hours due to thunderstorms. Although it wasn't her fault, Rosanne was very responsive in setting up generators so that the food in the refrigerator wouldn't spoil. A very good stay at Rosanne's, we recommend it. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Clean and comfortable room in a house share. The location is great and the house is very well set up to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and all cupboards labeled so you can quickly find what you need. Self check in means a late flight arrival was no problem. Washing machine to use was much appreciated too. Terrace out front was lovely for having a brew and watching the world go by.

Bed in room 2 a little soft for me...unsure if just preference or the mattress is tired.
