Mu Homestay Tetebatu

We had 1 house that was very clean and as showed in the pictures. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was very good. We needed to laundry and it was done from one day to another. We recommend to stay here if you come to Tetebatu, it’s good value for the money.

The only remark was that the breakfast that we asked in the day before was later than we asked so it would create a little bit stress as we had the driver scheduled. Nothing major.

Gorgeous, peaceful little place surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our cabin was great, well equipped, very clean and with a beautiful view. The hosts were so friendly, kind and funny!

Beautiful location and a room with the comfiest bed. Very grateful for the on-site restaurant and team who accommodated vegan dietary requirements, support with transfers (thank you Herman!), and suggestions of activities to do within our stay. Room service on the balcony was an extra big treat too. View pictured. We stayed in the room attached to Mu’s family home and kitchen.

I have become accustomed to filtered water dispensers in the room from other stays in Lombok. This isn’t feasible for every host but was something I missed having access to. Not a deal breaker because you can buy water from reception.

Chambre magnifique et super confortable. Equipe très sympathique, Mu est de très bons conseils et nous organise les activités autour de l'hébergement. Je recommande.

L'hébergement est très proche des mosquées, heureusement que les boules quiès sont fournies pour la nuit!

La gentillesse des hôtes (mention spéciale à Andy et Sometimes qui nous ont fait vivre de super moments). La chambre était très spacieuse et confortable

Un peu bruyant la nuit

Wir wurden direkt bei der Ankunft mit einem Willkommensdrink (sogar einem leckeren Smoothie!) begrüßt – ein toller Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend – man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war der absolute Hammer! Geräumig, sauber und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf den Rinjani – einfach atemberaubend. Jeder unserer Wünsche wurde erfüllt, egal ob es um kleine Extras oder Informationen ging. Wir haben auch eine Tour gebucht, bei der unser Guide Andy uns begleitet hat. Er war super freundlich, hat alles mit viel Liebe erklärt und war einfach ein großartiger Guide – wir haben uns bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Fahrer, der uns abgeholt und später auch zu unserem nächsten Hotel gebracht hat, war ebenfalls sehr nett und zuverlässig. Morgens hört man die Moschee, aber das gehört in dieser Region einfach dazu – es war absolut in Ordnung und hat uns nicht gestört. Wer in ein muslimisches Land reist, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt!

Het personeel was fantastisch. Ze laten je echt thuis voelen en regelen alles wat je nodig hebt voor je verblijf. De tours die ze organiseren zijn echt heel leuk en bijzonder! Ik zou deze plek aan iedereen aanraden die naar Tetebatu komt. De ligging is ook prachtig.

Een warm welkom! Fijne mensen in de accommodatie die alles voor je willen doen. Tip: ga op dagtour! Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer.

The personal is very friendly. They provide you with tours and workshops which are definitely worth taking! The accomodation also is beautyfull, both inside and outside.
