BTThe whole family was helpful in finding place and receiving us in heavy rain. The food provided to us was clean and delicious, also didn't hesitate to prepare at odd hours. The ambience of the place, the rooms, and the toilet were all up to the mark. In short, it's just home away from home. Thanks for hosting us.
INMr & Mrs Gurung were a fabulous host. The room wa very clean and spacious and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony attached to the room was a bonus. Special mention to the home cooked food and nepali thali. Everyone one from the family us very cordial and welcoming.

Access road narrow. Difficult for vehicles to turn around. But it Is manageable
IN1. Aesthetics and decor: Mr Gurung and his family have an incredible aesthetic sense. The entire Homestay is so beautiful with works of arts, books, plants, sculptures, unique furniture, spread out everywhere. Surprisingly, Mr Gurung made most of them himself. The attention to detail was impeccable and no doubt it led to an extremely comfortable stay. 2. Food: Their family took great care in customising our meals to each person’s preferences without us asking for it. The food was always delicious, had a lot of variety, and what’s most interesting is that they served perfectly cooked chicken and fish in different styles despite them being completely vegetarian. 3. Warmth and friendliness: All the family members are extremely polite and friendly. Arunoday, Mr Gurung’s 2 year-old grandson is such a delight to interact with. We were awed by his wisdom, knowledge, and energy 😁. Mr Gurung was kind enough to take us for city sightseeing in his car since our group had trouble walking in the hills. They even packed us tea and homemade chutney as a parting gift. 4. Location: The property is located slightly away from the crowded city areas, next to the perfect road for walking. The property has clear view of the mountains and a spacious balcony for chilling, working or reading. We feel lucky to have spent two days with this lovely family at their home. I urge future visitors to be kind and respectful when you visit their home, and experience the amazing hospitality they offer.
