"It was a short overnighter, but really welcoming and comfortable after a long day of driving."

The room was beautifully decorated...very warm and inviting. The room is spacious, facilities were clean, the bed comfortable and the TV screen large. The location suited our purposes and only a short walk to the Kincumber Hotel for dinner. Really lovely stay.

"Best Place in Kincumber."

An exceptional establishment. The location is right next to shops, cafes, restaurants and the pub. The accommodation itself is spacious with a deck, garden and swimming pool. It is also very private and secluded and even though it is on the main road, I heard no road noise. Inside the room is a large ensuite and a kitchenette with lots of crockery, etc. The bed was very comfortable and all linen was of very high quality. The room and surrounds are maintained to an impeccable standard and cleanliness. This is one of the few better places that I have stayed. Highly recommended.
