Nothing much. It's off the main road, just need to be careful when exiting on to the road, especially if you are backing out.

The room was surprisingly quiet for being adjacent to a very busy road. The bed was very comfortable and the space clean and well appointed. Some nice walking close by, especially down at the lake shore. The local shopping centre had everything we needed and is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Not having a proper sink in the room for washing up is the only nuisance but that's about it.
