"Exceptional stay, highly recommend!"

This place was exceptional and far better than we imagined for the price. It was immaculate, very homely and extreme spacious and even had a dressing room/walk-in-drobe. There was coffee/milk provided which was a bonus and the owner was lovely! The room is on the front end of their house but you have your own personal entrance. It’s in a great location near to walks and shops and I recommend the Kincumber Hotel for a nice meal out.

Everything available in lovely large room. Separate bbq area and pool, and parking on site. Double glazed windows for traffic noise. Was pleasantly surprised!

the host were very friendly and a lot of attention to detail was evident. accommodation was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again

it's on the busy Road once you close the doors it's quiet

"Handy Location"

The property was close to the venue of an event I was attending which made it easy to get to and from my accommodation. It was also a short, easy walk to a nearby shopping centre which was very handy to buy some lunch upon arrival. The room was quiet even though the property was situated on a main road. I met the hosts and they were lovely.

I thought the cost of the room was a little high. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Liz was super friendly and the room was so well equipped for what we needed. There was so much space and the bed was so comfy!

The fact there is no sink in the kitchenette, but it was a minor thing
