- Ubicación. - Desayuno bastante bueno. - Habitación y baño limpios. - Personal amable, se hicieron cargo del pinchazo de una rueda de bicicleta.

Proprietari molto disponibili, buona colazione, posizione ottima per le attrazioni dei dintorni. Noi abbiamo fatto un tour prenotato direttamente con la homestay e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Possibilità di affittare bici, motorini e fare lavanderia a buon prezzo.

La struttura è in ristrutturazione e per questo motivo appare poco curata in questo momento. La posizione, seppur ottima per girare, è in un posto molto turistico (non un difetto in generale ma per quello che cercavamo).

The rooms were lovely, clean, spaceous. Air con, balcony, garden at the front of the property with some tables to chill. The host is super friendly and helpfull! Anything you need, she will help you get it. She gave us a bed in a living room because we arrived very early and could check in till the afternoon and didnt even charge us an extra night. Her breakfast was one of my favourites in Vietnam, so many fruits offered, i felt full of vitamins :). Any travel reccommendations, information, just ask the host, and she wont push overselling like others did. And she always smiles, full of positivity. 10 out of 10 for this accommodation and the hosts!

Warto odpuścić modne bungalowy w tym miasteczku by zatrzymać się tutaj. Przemiła właścicielka, spełniała wszystkie nasze potrzeby, robiła pyszne śniadania i rezerwowała nam autobusy w dobrych cenach. Lokalizacja jest najlepszą jaką można mieć w tym miasteczku. Na noclegu wypożyczyliśmy też skuter. Czuliśmy się jak w domu, smutno było wyjeżdżać. Dziękujemy!

Está en obras y desde las 7 de la mañana empiezan a hacer mucho ruido en ellas, durante la noche se oyen cucarachas correr por el techo y caen al suelo, también encontramos una escalopendra, nuestra habitación se supone que tenia vistas, pero la ventana estaba tapada con un plastico y las vistas eran a las obras, por otro lado le pagamos a la señora en cuanto llegamos y al irnos nos vuelve a pedir el dinero y cuando le decimos que ya le pagamos se sonríe y te dice ok ok.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this homestay. The location is perfect, right where you need to be in tam coc, but just off the streets enough so that there is no noise. The hospitality is above and beyond, being catered for and looked after by genuine, salt of the earth people. My girlfriend and I had been suffering from a cold while visiting here, which was noticed by our host, and she very kindly made us a family recipe brew to help us. We really felt like part of the family during our stay here. Scooters can be hired here hassle free which is very handy. There were absolutely no negatives to our stay and envy the next people who get to experience this wonderful homestay.

Tout était super ! Les hôtes sont sympathiques, souriants et aux petits soins (ils m'ont aidé a reserver mon bus de nuit pour partir). La chambre était impeccable, la salle de bain aussi. L'emplacement est idéal à proximité de l'embarcadère donc en plein centre de Tam Coc. J'ai même prolongé d'une nuit sans soucis.

Seul inconvenient pendant mon séjour : il y avait des travaux à côté donc j'étais réveillé tous les jours a 7h. Toutefois les hôtes n'y pouvaient rien. Sinon rien à dire tout était super
