Just about OK for a shower

Key code for front door didn't work. Host sent somebody who couldn't get door to open either - he broke down side door to get in. Same problem two hours later but this time host's agent was able to fix key code problem . We had to hang around for a long time Refund offered but subsequently the host has gone quiet on this. Host has deleted all WhatsApp messages (including offer of a refund) - why? Luckily I had already taken a copy. Apartment is grubby, especially kitchen. Be very careful if you need to exit at a specific time ((eg to catch a bus) - you won't be able to retrieve your bags of the key code doesn't work.
