The White Bay Lombok

Amazing property, gorgeous styling, room was always cleaned perfectly! Awesome location, close to all the best cafes and restaurants, surfing and sight seeing but also nice and peaceful. Loved relaxing by the pool. The staff were very kind, and helpful with the scooter and laundry. My partner and I also loved the generous breakfast also, so much to choose from, my favourite was the yoghurt, granola bowl with fresh fruit, juice and coffee by the pool! We will be back! ❤️

Everything was perfect!

I liked the room clean when I entered. After that, I never serviced the room until I checked out only 2 towels for 5 6 showers very slow

No TV in the room is hard for someone who goes with children

Een aantal jaar geleden ben ik hier ook geweest, sinds dien is er veel veranderd in positieve zin. Toen al een fijn verblijf en nu weer, ook extra nachten bijgeboekt. De locatie is top, het personeel aardig en denken graag met je mee.

Its nice and clean :) friendly helpfull staff. The bathroom would deserve reconstruction also had few times trouble with the air condition.

Muy linda la pileta. El cuarto lindo y espacioso. El personal muy amable y dispuesto. Buena ubicación.

El baño no es propio de un hotel de esta categoría. La puerta necesita ser cambiada urgentemente, el inodoro es de plástico, el baño está lleno de moho. El desayuno podría ser de mejor calidad. Si bien el personal fue muy amable, por momentos fue un tanto desprolija la atención, ya que se encontraban en el piso utilizando el celular enchufado. La relación precio-calidad no nos pareció adecuada.
