Marari Neena Beach homestay

Emplacement pas mal,avec petit jardinet,. Calme. clim fonctionne. Proximité de la plage (100m) Logement spartiate mais correct.

Un ensemble de prestations qui laissent à désirer Mauvaise surprise ! A notre arrivée nôtre réservation est occupée par d’autres touristes. Nina, nous désigne 1 autre logement plus petit et moins bien situé. ( petite négociation prix à la baisse pour compensation) Nous devons attendre que le ménage soit effectué bien après l’heure d’arrivée prévue. A la demande insistance de nos hôtes nous acceptons de dîner dans leur resto. Mal nous a pris.! Repas plus que médiocre ! Déception assurée avec pour ambiance les échos des disputes de ́nos hôtes en cuisine! Petit déjeuner compris, le lendemain. Désastreux , toasts rancis, papadam aux multiples bain d’huile, tisane de café, quelques fruits . Pour finir ,nos hôtes ont annulé notre séjour sur booking qui nous demande de nous expliquer quant à notre annulation de dernière minute!! Voilà un résumé fort déplaisant mais factuel. Dommage car nos hôtes ne sont pas désagréables et l’emplacement de la homestay est plutôt sympa, l’hébergement bien que sommaire a des aspects plaisant ( petit jardin, fils d’étendage,lieu calme.

Everything was perfect! The hosts are a hard working family and provide a great space to really relax in this beautiful area of Kerala. Just a 2 minute walk from the big, wide and clean beach. There are beach cafes and restaurants nearby including the hosts own place where you get a good breakfast included. They also provide a laundry service and have sunbeds on the beach for a very reasonable price. The room was comfortable, spacious, cool and had good enough wifi. A nice balcony to sit and enjoy the sounds of nature. Lots of birds around!

Close to the beach and restaurant, 100 metres. Fantastic, cheerful, helpful staff, Augustine and Jensy. Good breakfast, coffee, freshly cooked meals.

1.The restaurant has so many dogs and cats loitering around and surround your table on the beach front. The owner says it is becuase the guests keep feeding them. But to some like us, street dogs are scary. 2. The wash basin of the ground floor room is wrongly fixed. The water keeps leaking out at two places, from the rim and from the bottom.

Absolutament tot, l’allotjament, el porxo amb l’agradable jardí i sens dubte el tracte, facilitats i menjar deliciós que ens han ofert la família que ho gestiona.

No puc dir res en contra

HouseKeeper was friendly and the checkin process was smooth. The rooms have exceeded our expectations such that we extended our stay to the next day. The breakfast was too good. The bathroom is size is good and stay is decent.

Road to reach the stay is muddy, could be taken care by making a pavement or a way
