Es hat ein bisschen zuviel geregnet, aber dafür kann ja keiner etwas.

This is a lovely house in a quiet leafy location. My room had a gorgeous leafy outlook onto trees, and a huge window, which I loved. Jane was both helpful and hospitable while also being not at all intrusive and respecting my privacy. The village has a good selection of casual restaurants and takeaway food options, and a brand new Lidl.

Gotta say I would not have enjoyed that room during very hot weather because, although it has a huge window, only two tiny sections of it opened. But they are not screened and midges might come in on still warm days and evenings. Which means keeping the windows closed and no cool/fresh air - at least in the room I had. This is a great place to stay if you have a car but it would be inconvenient without one.
