The bathroom is really smelly and the rooms are basically on the road so be prepared to be waken up because the cars, motorcycles and trucks like to use the horn for no reason. i suggest to book somewhere else where is more quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at lucky house . The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The home-cooked meals were a delightful highlight, adding a personal touch to the entire experience. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a relaxing and cozy getaway."

Very inaccurate description on booking.com Offering room with hot table, garden and lake view. We had room 101. Blocked out window (in pic) above the restaurant.loud karaoke music at 11pm and very bright light switched on at 6am showing from the gap at top of picture All communication via Google translate which I don’t mind as part of travelling but lady owner came across rude. I will give benefit of doubt that kindness got lost in translation as well as description of the property. Definitely not up to the high rating standard of review They also charged more for scooters than any other guesthouses and for bikes that all other places give for free Lots of reviews are soon after Covid and only a few words so hard not to suspect they are not genuine I understand people need to make a living but not in this way.

Absolutely everything. The room is spacious and clean. The toilet works good. It even has a balcony, and the mattress is very comfortable. The owner is just amazing, she made us feel like home, the best host we have had in Vietnam so far. You can also arrange everything from the hostel, scooter rental, gas, ATM, small shop and farmacy. The family is very welcome and smiley. The location is also great, you can go to Mua Cave by walk. For the whole experience here, the price is just super cheap. We also arrived at 4 am in the morning and they let us do an early check in for so cheap (she had yo wake up to open the place for us). We could not ask for more.

We cannot mention anything that we didn’t like. Congratulations to the owners!

Great value for money and the room was reasonably spacious. Breakfast was delicious and enough to get you started for the day. Good coffee too. Nice rooftop spot to watch sunset.

We did our laundry there which ended up being very expensive (price provided after the laundry was done) and it came back damp and smelled like smoke. The owner gets someone else to do the laundry service, so this may be a reflection of the external laundry service, but it was a bit annoying.

Nice lady running the business. Very clean room and good value for money. Simple but nice breakfast included. Very closed to Tam Coc main attractions but located in a more quiet area. Thank you so much

Nothing to complain about.

Location is perfect. Everything is doable by bicycle. You can also walk (15 min) to Mua Cave. The staff at the hotel is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Host was very helpful. Food was good. Room was clean and spacious. They arranged scooter for us. Although the scooter was not in perfect condition it served the purpose. Trang An and Hoa Lu can be accessed by scooter in 15 min. Mua caves is 1 km from here. Host helped us in arranging taxi to the bus station. Overall it was a good stay

- Great location, very close to Mua Cave by walk, and Trang An by bike/scooter, calm neigbourhood - Very helpful host, possible to rent a bike for 50k/day and scooter 150k/day (probably the worst technical conditions we had in Vietnam though) - Delicious breakfast (included) and dinner from the restaurant

- Quite small room to put your luggage or the things from it somewhere - It was quite cold in the room - When they say the breakfast is from 6 am, it means the host go shopping for breakfast at that time - so if you are in hurry, make sure in advance it will be really ready at the time you need :)
