It’s a family own business, the food is EXCEPTIONAL, one of the best I had in Vietnam. They are very helpful and kind, you can also rent a motorbike or bike and it’s in good location not very far from everything. They even asked me to have lunch with them during my stay! Highly recommended !!

We had the room with balcony and it was really nice and clean. Bahn mi for breakfast was small but tasty. Also we were able to do late check-in after night bus what we really appreciated.

"Decent place to stay to access Tam Coc, Trang An and Ninh Binh."

- Breakfast of egg and veg bahn mi & coffee/tea was tasty - owner/manager was responsive and provided an extra blanket and new sheet on request. - Heater in the room and good hot water were appreciated on cool february days. - The bed was comfy

- bicycles available for rent at same price but less quality than those available in Tam Coc. - when we arrived at 10:45 pm after arriving by train everything was dark and locked up. Thank goodness for WhatsApp, we could call and were let in promptly.

Had a wonderful time here, felt very welcomed by the family. Liked being able to sit on the balcony. Very good food! Wifi good. No problem renting a bicyle for the day.

The room is very spacious and we were very thankful to have a bath after travelling for a while. The room gets dark at night and breakfast being included is always a help.

Although smelling clean, some of the sheets had stains on them. When draining the bath the bathroom would be flooded because of there being no pipe from the drainage to the drain (just a forewarning for everyone staying here).
