We arrived by bicycle, very dirty, and the staff helped us to clean everything. After that they prepared us a delicious and copious dinner. Our room was clean and confortable. It was perfect, and all this for a very good price.

We got invited to a grill and new years eve by the owner! It was very cool! Good restaurants nearby, they have a good restaurant in the stay too! Cheap motorbike rental, almost perfect location for sightseeing the most important things in ninh binh.

Water temperature in shower is changing by itself every few seconds :s should get fixed

Really big, clean and luminous room with toiletries and hair dryer. The location is great. The breakfast egg bahn my was also nice.

The shower kept jumping from really hot to really cold.

The host is sooo helpful and attentive, and her family was very friendly and made us feel welcome (especially playing badminton was very nice ;) )! We had a nice room with a beautiful balcony, the breakfast banh mí was the best we had so far! We also rented bicycles and a motorbike, which was a nice way to get around and explore the beautiful area. The location is very nice (close to many beautiful sites, yet in a relaxed area, shops and restaurants are nearby as well). Communication is mainly happening via translation-apps, but that works pretty well.

All in all, we had a very nice stay. It'd be nice to have a wardrobe or somewhere to hang your clothes in the room. The sheets were not very clean. But that's just minor things..

The lady who owns the homestey was really helpful and prepared for us really delicious food👌👌 The location is good and we felt welcome to stay with her.

Good location in Hang Mua, a village in between the very touristy Tam Coc and slightly more expensive Trang An. The host family doesn't speak a word of English, so all communication needs to be done through translation apps, which can be tricky. The room was very cheap and clean with hot shower. The food in the cafe downstairs is very good and the breakfast Bahn mi was really tasty.

The room had a window to the street and a second large window covered in wallpaper that overlooked the cafe downstairs - this meant that the light from the house entered into the room. The bathroom was very small and didn't have good ventilation - sometimes had a bad smell from the drainage.

Hang Mua Lucky House has been a wonderful place for us. The room was clean, very nice location (quiet but not too quiet) but what makes me write this review is mainly the kindness of the owners, Especially Huong's, a perfect host, always making sure we were OK, super helpful, friendly and A GREAT COOK! We've had our best food so far at her place, and for the best price. Super recommended!
