Beautiful gardens

Loud noises of trucks rolling past all the time. Vibrating the walls

Though it was a little out of town it was central to all attractions. Lovely hosts, so kind and welcoming. Very clean and tidy property.

The property and the room were very clean. It’s a very nice spot to be at because there is a wonderful garden. The hosts are also very accommodating and are ready to help. Furthermore at the homestsy you can also rent a scooter, have your laundry done, have breakfast, … We would recommend this homestay to everyone and if we were to return to Ninh Binh it will be at this location.

The host family is really endearing people. They provided fresh hot water in big thermoflask twice a day for my kid. Very helpful. You can also get breakfast or lunch or dinner there. The place reminded me of my childhood at my grandparents’ place. Highly recommended.

it’s a 120000d taxi ride away from the bus stops It’s next to the main road (you can hear traffic all hours, super load, even when doors are closed, earplugs needed, no calmness) Walls are thin (you can hear your neighbor put on their slippers) Need to rent a motorbike to go anywhere

Very friendly people and helpful host.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, the room was very spacious with a lovely little sitting area. The food we ordered was also great and they gave us a delicious passion fruit drink. We also rented bicycles which were in good condition and riding through the surrounding countryside was awesome! They have a very cute old dog aswell.
