Tre Xanh Homestay

I recently had an unforgettable stay at this homestay. From the warm hospitality to the beautiful accommodations, everything was excellent. The hosts were attentive and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The location offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, including reliable Wi-Fi. The highlight was the delicious home-cooked breakfast with local specialties. The hosts provided valuable recommendations for nearby attractions. The value for money was exceptional. I highly recommend this homestay for a perfect retreat.

The couple is very humble.Their English is not so good but they are very friendly and we can easily communicate with the help of Google translate.Rooms are big and very clean.Welcome drink was very nice.The have also bikes for rent.

Firstly, the hosts are incredible - they are so warm and welcoming - they make you feel right at home. They even welcomed us into their new building for worshiping their ancestors and we shared tea and snacks. It was really lovely to experience this with the family. Even though they do not speak english (I believe the english speaking host was simply not present during our stay), they were more than happy to communicate through google translate which is helpful. The area where the bedrooms are is very pretty (although there can be a little road noise sometimes) and a very nice place to relax in the hammock provided. We especially loved the dogs and puppies who were roaming around while we stayed. The room is basic but equipped with everything you would need. It is spacious and spotless with a modern bathroom. The host helped us with transport, rented us their motorbike and gave us fantastic suggestions and help for our stay in Phong Nha. It is excellent value for money - I would highly recommend their homestay!

The location is not central and taxis are a little pricey in the area, so it is only really suitable if you are renting a motorbike or car. However, if you are happy to rent a motorbike, it's great because you are centrally located between all the main hubs in the greater Phong Nha area. I also believe location is reflected in the cost as it is very good value for money.

Friendly host, and also his dog - Bún :) The garden was beautiful Quiet area although the containers outside might be just a bit disrupting when you spend time relaxing outside of your room

The hosts were very kind and helpful ! Everything was clean and tidy, the location was close to the main attractions but away of the center - a 10 minute drive with a motorbike that you can rent in the house, and there are some convenience shops around. They gave us some good recommendations and itineraries so we could enjoy our stay in Ninh Binh and Tam Coc as much as possible. They also serve food if requested at a very reasonable price.

We had a lovely stay at Tre Xanh Homestay. The place was super easy to find, with lots of signs. The room was super spacious, the bed big and comfortable (we had two great nights of sleep), and the shower was new and clean. The couple welcomed us with complimentary passionfruit drinks which we loved sipping on the hammock while petting their cute dog. They had nice recommendations and were very nice and helpful despite their limited english - we did not mind communicating through google translate, which turned out to be pretty fun. We had food there and the portions are big and we got complimentary fruits as well! While waiting for the bus, the lady offered us tea and shared with us her family background which was interesting and humbling. We loved sharing our stay in Ninh Binh with their family and would recommend anyone to go!
