We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink, it is a super nice resort with great rooms. The hosts are very welcoming and helped us with every request. We can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!!!

The place was perfect and the hosting family is so kind! The room is very spacious and the bed is comfy. We loved the welcome drink and the food that the owners make! Menu is simple but delicious. I got sick during my stay and they owners kept on bringing me hot soup and tea to drink. Really lovely people, I will never forget how they took care of us. You can also rent a bike or a motorcycle to visit places around.

We loved everything. Amazing, family owned Homestay where they go above and beyond to welcome you and engage with you (regardless of language barriers, that’s what Google Translate is for!) Sat and had a conversation with them with tea. We only stayed for one night but would have loved to have stayed longer. We arrived really early on day 1 (4am) so they let us sleep in their house until our room became available and checked us in as soon as we were able to. Bed very comfortable, beautiful property, clean…everything you can ask for and more at this price. Make sure you book a bus with them directly to Hanoi to get a great deal. Perfect!

Nothing. You have to get a motorbike or bicycle to get around but that’s normal for the area.

The staff is very very kind, they make sure you feel welcome. We arrived pretty late and they still made a fresh welcoming juice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It's located next to a busy street, so make sure you bring earplugs :)

The owners are really nice and very helpful, even helped us organize a nightbus to our next destination. It was a really quiet place although also a bit further out, nevertheless everything was easily reachable by motorbike, which we could borrow directly at the homestay. They also serve food which was really delicious. Great place to stay to explore Ninh Binh and the surroundings. Would definitely recommend!

The hostel was so clean, and for that price the room felt like a 4 stars hotel at least. Hot watter on the shower, just have to switch on the thermostat:)

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to its impeccable service, charming ambiance, and attention to detail. From the moment I entered, the warm hospitality made me feel truly welcomed.

While my overall experience was delightful, I would like to note a minor issue with the Wi-Fi connectivity, which, at times, seemed a bit inconsistent. However, this did not significantly impact the overall enjoyment of my stay.
