Newton Cottage

Everything about our stay at Newton Cottage was wonderful. Our room was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could ask for. A welcome treat of homemade brownies made it extra special. And breakfast was amazing! Would 100% recommend Newton Cottage if you want a beautiful base to explore Porthcawl and the surrounding area.

Well what a little gem of a find. What an absolute stunning house and home. The hosts Jane & Johnathon were absolutely perfect and couldn't be faulted in any way. They are the right Lord and Lady of the Manor. Apologies Jonathan we didnt get to say goodbye but hope you brought some nice Wine You have such a lovely home you should be proud off Thankyou for making us so welcome. Pete & Judith xx

We loved everything about our stay! Jane and Jonathan were amazing hosts who went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The room was amazing and the bed super comfortable. We would come back and stay in a heartbeat! We were visiting Porthcawl to watch the Women’s Golf Open and staying at Newton Cottage was fantastic with the added bonus that Jane and Jonathan are members at the golf club so had some great local knowledge! If you are visiting to play golf at Royal Porthcawl Golf Course please go and stay at Newton Cottage - you will not regret it and it will definitely make your trip extra special!

Hosts of this property were excellent. Good communication prior to our stay, very friendly and welcoming during the stay. Lovely little extras, brownies and prosecco! Great accommodation with a top breakfast!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Wales. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how peaceful and welcoming the place felt. The cottage itself is beautifully maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Jane and Jonathan were warm, welcoming and made sure everything was absolutely perfect.

Alles, besonders natürlich Jane und Jonathan. Bessere Gastgeber gibt es nicht. Hervorragendes Frühstück und eine tolles Zimmer. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr schön.

We were made really welcome by the hosts Jane and Jonathan who were friendly and helpful at all times. Lots of little extras and a delicious breakfast made our stay both comfortable and memorable

Jane and Jonathan were wonderful hosts who did everything possible to make out stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight and the upper floor bedroom suite with a separate sitting room a lovely addition to the whole experience.
