Staff was very kind and the place was very clean,comfortable.The house was quiet,All facilities were provided.Best place for family and friends.

This homestay was outstanding. Big, beautiful, clean villa. Everything was excellent! Self check in and check out easy. Comfortable, clean, big room. Common areas very comfortable also, couch, dining table, etc. Free use of laundry machine. Kettle, dishes, toaster, microwave, etc. for my convenience. Fridge to store my food & drinks because I was there for a long time. Host was very helpful and responsive from the very beginning of my booking (months before I stayed) when I had questions to the day I left. Good value for money, reasonable room rate. All round great homestay! 🙂

These 2 things have nothing to do with the homestay, but many unwelcoming homestayers signs in the neighborhood. Also I was there for almost the whole month of February (Chinese New Year) every night there was loud, annoying fireworks in the neighborhood when trying to sleep.😔

Lovely communal area, comfortable beds and big bathrooms!! The host was incredibly helpful and always a message away from giving extremely useful advice on everything related to the area and reccomendations etc!

Perhaps fresh towels could have been nice :)

Accommodation is in a residential area, and is far from the beach and restaurants. Ideal for those traveling by car not for foreign tourists who depend on public transport. Speaking of which, the bus from George Town leaves you right in the center, but to get to this accommodation it will be a 20-minute walk uphill in the heat. The room we rented didn't seem clear when it came to the shared bathroom, and when we arrived we discovered it was actually like an American suite - 1 bathroom in the middle of two bedrooms. There is a shared kitchen that is old but large, the problem was that when I was there there was no gas for cooking, after request, on the last day the owner put on the gas. A washing machine is available and works. If you want to stay here, be aware that there are no supermarkets nearby.

The location is really bad for those who don't have a car.

The room is big and clean. The location of the house is good, not too far away, not too close to the main road. The host is a nice person, too.

This property is an unstaffed bedsit and we did not feel safe not knowing who else was in the other rooms. It is located in an estate with huge signs saying AirBNB guests are not allowed and the area is for residents only, which made us feel very unwelcome. Worst of all, the property is filthy, with mould and mushrooms growing up the walls in both the bedroom and the shared kitchen.

Helpful contact, gave clear directions for when we'd been delayed into the middle of the night. Big house and room but very tired and in need of updating. Very warm room despite AC as it didn't work effectively. Few minutes walk to main road and beach but not really in the part of town where other things were. Quiet neighbourhood on a night but there are several banners telling homestayers they are not welcome.

Very old and worn room with a hole in the wood floor, terrible curtains that kept out no light and little heat, a towel with big holes in it, no hook or shelf in the bathroom, AC that didn't cool the room and very little equipment in the shared kitchen. Not deluxe, as described, in any way.

All was amazing, the property owners super helpful and very responsive, thank you!
