Good location, near to the Rasa Sayang Hotel

Old facilities, need some maintainence. Wet bathroom.

Definitely recommend a stay there: the room and the house are so comfy and beautiful! The host is such a lovely person who gave us lots of informations facilitating our visit plan around, and allowed us to leave our luggage after check out, which we greatly appreciated. You can use a grab to reach there or bus so even location is not an issue! So convenient to chat via whatsapp, thanks for all!

Nothing to say, it deserve a 5*. Some dog were barking a bit but not long, no worries. There were a very low frequency sound (the water heater system maybe) but it won't bother most people with a normal auditive level 😊

Easy reach to nearby beach buses and restaurants. Owner very helpful washing machine very handy

The kitchen is absolutely amazing if you're planning to cook. The rooms are comfy. Lots of food options just a short drive or a less short walk away. Neighborhood is also quiet.

The water pressure was a little anaemic, but that might just be a Batu Ferringhi thing.

spacious, modern room, well appointed and good air conditioning; Remainder of house was spacious, and handy to have cooking/food prep facilities. Access/check-in/out straight forward
