GBThis is a really good value place, not far from the main part of Batu Ferringhi. The host is super friendly and helpful. You have your own room, bathroom and balcony, and if you want to cook, there is a shared kitchen. The property is located in a quiet and safe housing estate. Overall, highly recommended.
The wifi generally was good, just sometimes it dropped off a little. An extra bin in the bathroom would have been useful.

BEPerfect, very big home with shared kitchen and salon. Spacious room. Shared terras. Everything was good.
No nice view from the room or terras , has just a small outside terras between the buildings. Best to have scooter to go everywhere, not very close to beach and restaurants.
