The owners and staffs were super friendly and helpful. Helping us with arranging for transports, restaurants and local attractions. We love the bicycles they provided for free which we used to travel around the beautiful Hualien city. They also provide free instant noodles, biscuits and fruits together with coffee and teas. Very healthy breakfasts are freshly prepared every morning.

Lovely decor and very comfortable beds, close to a range of restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were really friendly :) would 100% recommend

The only thing missing was some separate hand soap in the bathroom to wash our hands
