"Nice place to stay"

Clean and well maintained, it seemed the everything in the room was updated and working order. Refrigerator was small but had a freezer section. Free coffee and tea, cup noodles for snacking free bicycle rental and night market was walking distance

"Excellent hotel in Hualian"

Very good hotel, fulfilled our request for bb need, very nice room and can have some seaview in our room. Good breakfast in nice dining place. Near to night market which only need to walk for few minute.

Good location, friendly staff, free coffee/tea/pot noodles at any time, very firm bed gave good back support, free bikes to use (though only single gear so hard work if going uphill).

Dirty windows in the room spoiled the view, no wardrobe or drawers for clothing, intermittent odd sewerage smell in the bathroom, very loud fridge right next to the bed. None of the staff spoke English (though they were very friendly and able to help through Google translate).
