Ocean villa

Great location. Walking distance to the beach area. Had a good breakfast too. Hosts were very accommodating.

We would recommend booking an AC room since it’s difficult to stay in during these hot days.

Very nice owners, not a bad location with restaurants near by and short walk to the sunset bar. Hiriketiya main beach 10 min walk. Inexpensive

Room was small but fine and had ac. Bathroom was private but out in the garden. No credit card facility

Ocean Villa is in a good location, only a 3 minute walk to Hiriketiya Beach. It's very clean, well maintained and comfortable.

Although the host is friendly and has a beautiful smile, she could be more forthcoming on the accomodation arrangements. When we arrived, we were shown to our room and nothing more was said. A quick explanation of the lodgings would have been helpful.

The place was clean.

We didn't feel very welcome, stayed for 3 nights as a family with four kids. There was a kitchen to use, but with nothing then 4 Glases. No fridge no kettle or a knife. We had a AC in our room, but they disconnected it, and wanted extra 7 doller per day. The place is not as close to the beach at it looked on the map. The host came with the bill on the first day, (usually we paid at the end of the stay), bc I didn't pay firsthand she came and asked me again to pay now. Little strange.

Very clean, quiet location but only a short 3 minute walk to the beach area. Also nicely located for surfing the left hand reef break.

The room was quite hot, hotter than others we have stayed in. The room had aircon but were told we would have to pay an extra $10 per day to use it.
