The stay at the Holiday Home Stay was very pleasant. A completely different experience. The whole family is very friendly. The rooms are clean, the food is excellent. Abbas showed us the whole city, all the temples. I recommend.

The host Abbas and his family treat you like a part of the family and do whatever they can to make you feel like home. Just be aware that this is a homestay, where you live like the locals do, which means it's a very different standard compared to western countries. Abbas welcomed me with breakfast and arranged a nice little tour for me for the day. The property is only a short walk away from the temples. The most spacious bathroom I had in India. The room was also very spacious. Good value for money.

There were quite a lot of insects in my room.

Staff was so good and property owner so good and help ful shears all details of sight seen And so humble man

Best location in Khajuraho, room was big and very clean, food delicious. And the best by far was Abbas, the super friendly and helpful owner who provides transport with his tuktuk to the temples and gives you recommandations about the neighbourhood. Many Thanks Abbas!

It was quite hot in the room during the night

The best thing by far in the Holiday home stay is Abbas, it is amazing how helpfull he can be, how nice he is, he can help you in anything you need. If you are going to khajuraho don't doubt, Abbas place is the right place to be and you are going to feel like at home. Thanks Abbas for making our stay so pleasant. Namaste Abbas

Abbal was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to ensure his guests were comfortable and had their needs met. For a budget accommodation, the facilities were good and matched the price tag.

Overall, this rustic property is very extensive. The room I stayed in was located in the front entry way directly across from Ilmi and Abaas. However, just beyond the entryway, lies a small courtyard. The family uses the space for laundry, fruit trees, bicycles, and other storage. Once you are on the other side of the compound, you gain access to large rooftops that give you a view of the local temples.

My room had open windows and an Indian cooler. Due to the time of my trip, it was very hot. I think if I was traveling during the cooler months, it wouldn’t have been an issue.

Very warm and welcoming home stay. Room is large and has all facilities needed. Restaurant and drinks available all day, delicious home made food! Owner always ready to provide transport with own tuktuk, give recommendations about neighbourhood or talk about Indian culture. Really good price. Walking distance from city center and western temple group. Feels like home :-)
