We enjoyed the location right across the street from the beach. The view from our deck was amazing. It was convenient to have beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available. Also a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Location was good and staff were very helpful .

Beds were terrible -way too small for 2 people- rooms were so basic - clean enough but the whole place is very tired - no frills at all for the cost of staying -place should be in much better condition for the price of the rooms. No breakfast offered either so you have to go out and buy something or prepare it in a. communal kitchen area . Not great at all .

The convenience of getting a room last minute and a staff member was there at the desk and greeted me by name. He was friendly and courteous. I do like the location and all the amenities available for use as well as the rocking chairs.

The door didn't lock properly and we weren't able to turn on the main lite attached to the fan. The rooms were a bit close for comfort.but I guess it is a house but I would recommend this place if it's just for a nite or if you are going with a group of people that you know and you all are staying together in those rooms.

Everything! This was my first solo trip in a long time dealing with limitations. I needed a location close to everything and have my bike to carry my bags and get around more comfortably. I wanted to be close to everything since I can’t do a lot of distance or incline walking and wanting to attain some of what I used to do as an avid cyclist just less distance and the vineyard thankfully has a lot to see in consolidated towns that now buses help you get around. Being right at the ocean, close to Main Street and buses to get around, and roll right off and back onto the boat within 15 min was what I needed. The least amount of hassle in a lot of tourism chaos, the Capicorn Beach House and kind Henry made it everything I hoped it would be. Plus free beach yoga right across the street was perfect every morning at 8am and tea at night on the porch enjoying the sea breezes. Thx Henry. Hope to see you next year with my family.
