The view was brilliant and the staff were very helpful.

There was a problem with the smoke alarms which activated very early 2 out of 3 mornings.

Wish we could experience for another day

The location was close to everything.

I have nothing bad to say about the property.

Across from Inkwell beach

The place smelled old, dingy and musty. The room was not clean to standard. Under the bed someone left a bra and dirty kleenex. It's obvious they didn't clean under the bed. The ceiling fan blades had standing dust. They needed to be cleaned. Gnats were in the room . The blinds in the room wouldn't let all the way down to the bottom of the windows. This was a concern because the blinds didn't seem to close tightly I could still see out of them at night. The bed was extremely hard. Rust on some parts of the stove in the bathroom. The door hinges were rusty. The price for this place is not worth it. The bed rails were taped .The only positive thing is that it's across the street from Inkwell Beach. I normally don't leave bad reviews, but this is a lot of money to spend on a bed and breakfast that is equivalent to a Motel 6.
