Luxury Apartment with Ocean View in Oyster Bay

Workers were responsive to all our needs. Apartment was well furnished and very clean.

The fact that it had most home amenities like fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, stove. It is also in a good and safe location near supermarkets and restaurants.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom dirty and the fact that no cleaning was done therefore the place seems not well taken care of.

Good Location. Many cafés, restaurants and nightlife around. Super market for your daily needs is right under the building. Peaceful locality. Access to swimming pool until 8:00 PM / 20:00 Hrs. Swimming pool is good. It’s clean and maintained. Parking Compund with security 24 x 7. House is spacious for 4 pax with usable furniture (bedroom furniture is good ; Living room & Kitchen, furniture is little rundown. 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite bathroom). Bed & AC is comfortable. Shower is not too bad. My apartment had cockroaches (but later they fixed it). Cleaning is done every 3 days. They provide laundry service (extra cost). Kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove. Sink had drainage issues. Even the bathroom shower drain line was not working properly. CCTV cameras are installed at each floor (not sure if they work, haven’t checked!) the house windows are installed with one way glass. So at night the film does not provide the same level of privacy. The care takers have spare keys to the flat and rooms. The view is nice depending upon which side of the wing the flat is. Most flats in this society are occupied by expats.

Clean, requests were dealt with in a timely manner. Mariam is very helpful.

All was okay. The gas cooker however needs to be attended to as not all outlets are working properly.

The apartment is spacious and well lit. Close to supermarket. Mariam was there to receive us and provided what we requested for.

The apartment had a strong smell as apparently it had just been fumigated. Too many cockroaches even in the bedroom. The cooker was not properly functioning. There are no AC remotes.
