"I will never book that place again"

I've received the worse customer service. It's not an actual apartment but a hotel room. The pictures from the website are fabricated and doesn't reflect the reality.

2 bedroom flat, close to the beach (a 10 min walk), super close to lovely supermarket and a couple of eating options (cafe in the supermarket and a restaurant next door with a small playground). Easy to get bolt/uber from this location. The actual flat was a little run down but considering the price it was value for money. We couldn't figure out the shower and were missing a couple of things but staff were helpful and sorted us out. We were there 4 nights and Hans sent a cleaner after 2 nights to clean the flat (they did a great job) which was much appreciated. He also let us check out late as my flight wasn't until 4:30pm. Overall, a good place to stay if you prefer your own space and a bit of freedom. Great location. Pool was also a plus.

As mentioned some of the facilities were a bit run down and we were missing a couple of things the first day (towels) however these were provided when mentioned. Overall though, it was a very good experience.

air-con was not working microwave was not working we request bout fan no one helped and the staff said some will come and have a look at aircons but no one turned up

"Ok place to stay for 5-6 people"

- It's a huge apartment 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. - The building has it's parking lot. - A large grocery store it around a corner.

- AC were very noisy: we had to choose sleep with AC or sleep in peace. - Based on google maps I've expected that it the busy area worth to walk around. It's not: you can find a couple of beaches and several restaurant nearby but not much.

The place was very comfortable and the staff especially Malakai was extremely helpful, to my every needs.

The electricity. I didn't like that I had to call Malakai to recharge the electricity all the time. I enjoy AC and I know it runs high, better to just put the units and if they finish, then I would recharge it.
