Me notificó a las 3:45 que no me podían habilitar la habitacion sin explicación alguna y me ofreció otra habitación en otra zona que no se ajustaba a mis necesidades. Muy poco profesional y poco empático, no se ha hecho mi devolución y la actitud que están tomando deja mucho que desear , argumentan que ellos no se negaron a darme el servicio y " me dio opciones" que no se ajustaba a mis necesidades ni zona. Igual le comenté que viajaba con un menor por eso no quería ir hasta Nezahualcóyotl a esa hora, ya que asistí a un evento en el foro GNP. Muy mala experiencia sin duda.
