The staff was nice

The room was to noise and was difficult to rest since there was a lot of light at night

Wonderful, accommodating host. Clean, pleasant room. Convenient distance to airport. It was exactly what I needed for my layover. Special thanks to the host for his patience and friendliness, especially with my last minute booking and lack of Spanish. I felt safe and secure in the hotel, but as a foreigner i probably wouldn't have been comfortable taking a walk alone at night in that area. Not an issue for my purposes.

the list is long. we arrived at around 6pm (not an unreasonable time),we contacted the host to let them know we had arrived and no reply. we had a concert booked that we needed to be at for around 8pm so we was in a bit of a rush really. when it got to about 7:30 we informed the host via WhatsApp that we really needed to go but still nobody had showed up and we was getting limited replies that didn’t make sense. eventually we left our belongings and let them know we was leaving. eventually at around 11pm they got back to us saying this was fine. we kind of expected to be homeless for the night given the circumstances. but we got into the property at around 12:00. when we got in the room. it was very limited and dirty. no towels,no light fitting. was not the room that was advertised. the bathroom wasn’t nice either. somebody had vomited in it which was visible on the walls and by the smell and was never available once in there. it was better not to shower than to use that in my opinion. overall really bad stay.
