Susan is lovely and can’t do enough for you. There’s a definite home from home feel which I really love. There’s a portable heater in each room, tv and access to the shared kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities. I’ve stopped a couple of times now and fully intend to carry on staying there when I’m in the area working.

The location was filthy. It concerned me that the host leaves a lit candle in an empty house. Probably to disguise the extremely potent dog smell and urine. The host was a sweet lady but the property was not acceptable for renting. I would like to share pictures. I am concerned that the smoke alarm look aged. I could not cook as the equipment was dirty. I left early morning after the second nights stay and there fore am out of pocket. I could not stay there any longer

I was left alone with the owners aging pets. I left after 2 nights of a booked 4 night stay. I felt extremely unable to prepare food in the filthy kitchen. Slippers purchased that day and you see the state of them after one evenings wear on the floors. The level of dust on lampshade, sockets and curtains in my room was excessive. Made me stay uncomfortable.

I stayed in a single room which was perfect for me as I was just staying overnight. Very comfortable with TV and Fire Stick. Wifi good too. Susan was the perfect hoste and called me before my arrival. Great cuppa on arrival and just before leaving too.

Welcoming and helpful host. Parking on site. Easy to find and not far from middle of town. Access to kitchen to make my own preferred breakfast for an early getaway.
