Everything was perfect! The location is great if you want to explore mountains. Our room was very modern, big and bright. The whole family of the owners was very nice and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel war einfach ein Traum. Unser Zimmer war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch wunderschön eingerichtet. Auch der Garten und das gesamte Gelände sind gepflegt und einladend. Was diesen Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders gemacht hat, war das herzliche Personal. Wir wurden direkt vom Bahnhof abgeholt und von Anfang an sehr warm empfangen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam – man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sie haben sich wirklich rührend um uns gekümmert – sowas erlebt man nicht oft! Ich wäre am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön! <3

Struttura a conduzione famigliare, un po’ decentrata (ma sin dal momento della prenotazione ti avvisano che offrono pick up da aeroporto e stazione e trasporto fino all’ingresso del Tianmen mountain). Camera molto spaziosa e con una vista bellissima. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Il titolare davvero preparatissimo. Ci ha dato indicazioni per visitare la porta del paradiso ed è stato davvero efficiente

The hosts are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. From reaching out ahead of arrival to help plan activities, to (free!!) pickup at the station, to taking care of me when I spent too long in the sun. The rooms are incredible, the beds are so comfortable, the views are spectacular, and the breakfast is world class!

Приветливый персонал. Создается впечатление, что приезжаешь не в отель, а к друзьям. Приятный отель. Есть бассейн и терраса с прекрасным видом на горы. Расположение неплохое за городом, но недалеко от аэропорта и вокзала. Завтраки в китайском стиле и очень вкусные. Обязательно вернусь еще.

Нет лифта, но это не критично. Просто если вы с коляской или вам тяжело подниматься имейте это ввиду.

Die Familie ist unglaublich fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist lecker. Der hauseigene Tee schmeckt sehr gut. Der Support zum Bahnhof, Flughafen etc zu kommen sind top.
