The people who run the place are super nice always keen to help. They pick up us to the train station and drop off to Tianmen mountain. They explain us all attractions around the city. We had diner once and it was delicious!!! Free breakfast that’s delicious as well. Counting the days to stay here again ☺️

We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — they even picked us up from the airport at 9:30 p.m. The tips they gave us for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park and Tianmen Mountain were super helpful for planning our route, and we could easily book all the tickets directly through the accommodation. The breakfast was delicious and authentically local. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the house dog was just adorable! Our room was modern, the beds were very comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the greenery — such a lovely sight to wake up to every morning. We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again every single time!

La cortesia e la disponibilità di tutta la famiglia. Lo chef (il babbo) cucina benissimo! La mamma e la zia che ti fanno sentire a casa. Mentre il figlio, che credo sia il gestore, è così disponibile da averci spiegato tutto per la montagna tianmen e il National Park.

Esserci rimasto una sola notte e sfortunato con il tempo .

Alojamiento muy agradable, bonito y bien cuidado. Sin duda lo mejor fue el personal, muy atento tanto personalmente como vía mensajes, ayudado en todo momento. Servicio de traslado incluido. En especial, la señora encargada en ese momento de la recepción, con un trato excepcional y gran amabilidad. Sin duda lo recomendaría 100%

L’hotel è a conduzione familiare e lo si nota per la premura che i proprietari hanno nei confronti degli ospiti, a partire dal prelievo gratuito da aeroporto/stazione. Il proprietario ci ha dato consigli e indicazioni sulla visita ai parchi nazionali, e su richiesta ti accompagna in auto all’ingresso dei parchi, per una modica cifra (spesso più conveniente anche del Didi). La colazione tradizionale inclusa nella nostra prenotazione è stata preparata in casa dalla proprietaria e comprendeva ravioli al vapore, uova, fetta di pane burro e marmellata. Favolosa! Inoltre, se chiesto con un po’ di anticipo, i proprietari cucinano anche la cena, sempre in stile tradizionale cinese. Noi l’abbiamo provata 2 sere su 3 e devo dire che batte molti dei ristoranti della zona. Nota di merito anche per aver esaudito la mia richiesta di lavare i vestiti sporchi, non è un servizio che fanno normalmente, ma la signora si è gentilmente offerta di fare il nostro bucato. Se dovete andare a Zhangjiajie, questo posto è sicuramente consigliato!!

The Home stay is what it is. You are welcomed into the family home and it was so a great experience. The room was so spacious and has everything you need. We ate at the property and the food was amazing. Even the family dog was so cute

La cuisine de l'hôtel servie pour le dîner, très bonne ! Très serviables et très sympathiques.

On peut entendre les voisins de chambre ronfler 🙂 et un peu le train et l'avion par moment.

Essendo una struttura fuori dal centro, mi è piaciuta la tranquillità.
