An excellent place, beautiful location and great facilities. Murad and his wife Ima were great hosts: very knowledgeable and always willing to help in setting up cycling tours, jungle treks, taxis...

"Superb"

Murad, the owner, is extremely friendly and he often goes out of his way to make sure you feel comfortable. He is a great convesationalist and he is highly knowledgeable and an expert in tourism and conservation. One can learn a lot from him. A pleasure talking to him.

"Amazing!!"

The view was amazing and the yard was beautiful. The room was very big and the bed was really comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast there and it was very good! We also loved talking with the owner!

The only thing was that the shower did not have enough pressure.

"Murad is an amazing host. Would definitely stay at his homestead again!"

The homestay has absolute stunning views of the national park. It’s quiet and relaxing. Murad’s property was a delight to stay at. Murad is full of knowledge and happily spoke to us about the area of Bukit Lawang. He is passionate about the conservation of the national park and orangutans. He really made our stay there amazing. Him and his wife were just delightful to speak to.
