"One or two days is perfect. Quiet and very well organised."

Location, with Mudeford nature reserve just a stone throw away and a lovely walk Into Mudeford. Breakfast was excellent, hearty , great selection and very cheap.

"We couldn’t stay , to charge £100 was an insult and would like a refund"

The room was through a garage workshop and the room was in the garage , to access the toilet you had to go through the kitchen and lounge , it smelt of stale cigarette smoke as the owner was a smoker , we stank after being there for a few minutes , felt the room was a fire risk , we couldn’t stay there

"Nice place, good host, quiet location and easy walk to Avon Beach."

Good coffee, wide range of cereals, croissants, etc. and orange juice.
