"出門完住宿挑的好玩樂沒煩腦，進房前老闆還去把冷氣打開等我門入住，去哪找這麼貼心的老闆？再來是房間很乾凈，床跟枕頭都很棒，能讓我這樣難入眠的我睡到早上很不容易。我最喜歡的是交誼廳，早上會有早餐，可以坐在那悠閑的吃東西，風景也不錯整個身心舒坦，"

602房的蓮蓬頭開水後有三個地方會漏水、衛浴有乾濕分離但角落還是稍微會滲水

"Clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Hualien. Would stay again!"

It was really clean and smelled good! The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The complimentary breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the free coffee and snacks on the 8th floor. It was like having a cafe for free in the hotel and we appreciated not having to go out to buy coffee every day. It was also convenient to have a free washer and dryer to use. We could tell the owner and staff put in a lot of effort to make this a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The only small issues were that the bathroom had a bad smell especially if we left the door closed and the hot water didn’t last very long, but it wasn’t a big deal.
