員工親切。房間整體很明亮，床跟棉被很舒服，很快就入睡，白天採光很好。7樓交誼廳有準備許多小點心、茶包及咖啡供旅客使用，空間很溫馨而且很舒適，有來住的話，一定要上去看看！8樓洗烘機供旅客免費使用，因為環島有洗衣需求，覺得很方便。

"很喜歡房間內的文創商品，還有7樓公共空間有提供音響、小點心、咖啡，能夠邊看窗外的風景（看得到火車）邊享受買回來的食物，讓整趟花蓮之旅感覺很放鬆～！"
